For me to get this angle I made sure he was higher than me. In this photo he was standing on top of a wall. What I like about this picture is that there is light, gray and dark shades of color. Something that I would of done differnt is get closer and take the picture a few feet away from the wall.
Extreme angles effect your photos because you see them on differnt angles. I would choose it to show people a differnt point of view.
